We work closely with clients and their families to gather detailed preferences and any specific dietary needs, such as low-salt, diabetic, or gluten-free diets. We then write step-by-step guidance for our carers to follow, ensuring that meals are prepared in a way that aligns with these preferences. This personalised approach ensures that every meal is not only nutritious and balanced but also enjoyable, helping to maintain a positive relationship with food.

For clients who have limited mobility or health challenges that make it difficult for them to feed themselves, our carers provide additional assistance, ensuring the client receives the proper nutrition to maintain strength and well-being. This support is offered in a respectful and dignified manner, promoting independence where possible.
